The rooms are smelly because not enough ventilation and the poop box is inside the same room. Cats eyes have many dirt. I think signs of health problems. The cats are also very unplayful. Sleepy all the time. Lack of music. Parking is expensive. You cannot cuddle the cat. Only pet it. Too many restriction. Entrace fee is very expensive

Half of the cats were brought to exhibition at Lippo Mal Kemang so I wasn't seeing Bengal and Bambang u0026 Bumble, etc. Better inform customer through social media which cat are in or out. Spent around 85k/pers and parking fee just overpriced around 25k/car and no Valet.
Cat mostly slept. Staffs should watch the visitor especially kids who pulled kitty's leg and forced them to play.

-cosiness(comfort) u003d(5/5) with carpet floor inside the cat area

-cleanliness u003d (4/5) the outside(parking lot) arent taken care of, the cat drinking area is wet (well its normal though)

-service u003d(4/5) actually 5 but i just never give 5 except its highly proffesional, the waiter is friendly

-quality offered u003d(3/5) since what they offer is food and cat, the cat arent active at all, sleeping all the time and such, not really worth it, and i dont order any food but cats food, so i cant rate the food

-price u003dabout Rp 20 000- 70 000, no main food, only dessert and drink

-instagramable u003d (YES)but flash are prohibited

-product variety u003dwell they have some kind of cat, and physically cute

*well i dont really like the cat, not really active or playable
*there is a rule not to hug, put up and somethings like that
*doesnt smell at all, and clean
*to go inside the cat area you need to pay Rp50 000 (30/12/2017)
* they have that thing to clean the cats fur that stick in ur clothes
*the entrance is so small, i nearly miss it
*the cafe is actually in second floor

Place is clean though small. Plenty of cats but don’t expect them to play with you straight away (they’re CATS after all).
Staff is friendly and attentive.
Fun place , entry is 82500 per hour per person.

Quite small room approximately 6x4 meters, and around 10 cats inside. They serve drinks and deserts. There's this one huge cat, the largest I've ever seen so far.

Some of the cats are lazy but there arw playful ones too. The place is clean and does not smell. I haven't tried the snacks and beverages tho.

many cats, some are active, mostly are sleeping. cute and peceful though.
