The food was good and delicious. They serve several traditional and modern food and the taste was good enough. The pool is clean and they clean the pool every day at 5pm and also prove you a clean big towel.

Always love a spacious service hotel. We always pick Kristal for a small gathering/event.
We knew that this is an oldies hotel, so the furniture conditions was expected. But I think it's time to rejuvenate the sofas hehe. Also we found a lot of dirty corner (below tv, shelf, etc).

Pick the deluxe room if possible, the furniture was worth the price.

The cleanliness in the bathtub is quite clean, maybe it can be cleaned even more before the consumer checks in and prepares sufficient amenities according to the number of consumers staying (according to the check-in form that was filled in earlier).

A 4-star hotel that is suitable for a staycation with our couple or family, or a business meeting with friends with pampering facilities. The 3-bed room is equipped with kitchenware, microwave, refrigerator, etc. At the hotel there is a swimming pool for all family members and a fitness center with various equipment. This is a favorite place that is not too popular so it is not too crowded during the year-end holidays.

Booked 3BR room for new year. Got a room with balcony, modern interrior and complete utensils + amenities. Everything is great for the room itself, except the exterior: lack of lights so it's creepy, esp in motorcycle parking area.

Great Community Hotel
Check in was ok. Lobby is very small for a 4 star hotel.
Food is ok. But it is much easier for us to get go food.
Room are alittle outdated. Bed are comfortable enough
A Pantry is a plus and quite good balcony views.
Pools only open short time and with the current health protocol you will only able to swim with reservations and limited to 1 hour per day

Feel homey, friendly staff (security u0026 cleaner personnel), nice interior, spacious, bathrooms are good, selection of tv channels: ok, walkable distance of supermarket u0026 coffeeshop (Starbucks).

They have pool, towel can be borrowed but not to take outside of the pool area. There is shower spot, playground. Gym is located at second building. Operational hours is limited only from 9 - 5 if I am not mistaken. You can not expect early swim or nite work out at their gym. At the back they have some kind like open aula, lawn with tables.
