My comfort women and children hospital since 2018. I gave birth twice here in 2018 and 2020, both went great, the obsgyn (dr. Agung and dr. Ridwan) were skillful, very informative, and also realistic optimistic. My children also continue their treatment (vaccines, dental care, even speech therapy) in here. I recommend dr. Anjar, dr. Alinda, dr. Indra, dr. Ami, dr. Margareta, dr. Anita, dr. Ratih. Also I thank Bu Rifa and Bu Ratna for my child's occupation therapy and speech therapy, he once suspected autism, after one year therapy, he turned out really good, no single sign of autism anymore, and now having lots of friends. Everytime my children sick, I always chooses KMC, I thank dr. Prudence in the ER, he is very informative but doc, I dont want to see you too often????. The lab staff also child friendly and skillful.

My experience here was in 2018 : the pregnancy controls were just fine. However my obsgyn came late when I was about to deliver, and I got helped from midwives who were standby. There were only few available rooms for delivery (at that time there were 5 people who were going to give a birth including me, and I just delivered a birth at the observation room -___-).
Afterwards, I went to the pediatrician here. But the service wasn't ok. The nurses and officers are fierce, not friendly with kids at all. The doctor was not helpful when giving an oral vaccine to my baby, he cried and coughed along the process, and even the nurse who was standing next to her didn't give a hand at all. So from that on, I prefer control in other hospital

A very recomended mother and kids hospital. The place were great. A very friendly area for kids. The room facility also great. Available for fancy room facility. And the important thing is the doctor here is very qualified, specially for giving birth, so it makes a less mistake during a giving birth process. For parking area, since this hospital have a limited space, the hospital provide a parking area next to the hospital.

Okay to be fair, this is a review based on my first visit to this hospital with my wife. Starting from the parking space, there's not enough space and there is no valet service. I question the hospital quality if the rest rooms are not clean and dry. The cafetaria is also poorly managed. The queueing system is still manual. Comparing to RSPI or Brawijaya Hospital, KMCC need lots of improvement.

Spent a few years in Indonesia and in SEA, this is so far the worst hospital I've ever visited. The staff is impolite, the doctors not sure how to handle a USG machine also doesn't really seem to be sure what are they doing at all.
Good folks, stay away from KMC! This the best I can advise!

the doctors here are good. they only give medicine when necessary. I didn't get any prescription when my baby got handu0026mouth disease (spore flu).
Unlike most doctors in Indonesia who sometimes give you AB for flu (it's so overtreatment). but you need to look for the right time to get there since the traffic is quite bad in the morning and afternoon.

I already twice go to there, but always drug receipt mostly not ready stock. so i get advice from apoteker is diffrent merk drug. but iam disagree because quality drug is not same with doctor specialist want.
