PROS:
- Clean and cozy
- Friendly and very competent staff
- Strategic location, in a small street from the main road.
- Huge room about 4x7, en suite, wash-bin, furnished (king-bed, table, TV and fridge
CONS:
- Slow an intermittent Wifi. Bad coverage depends on the room.
- Tenants with family with small children, noisy, small bike on the narrow foyer/balcony
- Need rejuvenation ( the brick-brown wall color is depressing and outdated interior style)
- AIr Conditioned need more BTU
