my last visit. I don't think I'm coming anymore. Sorry, I'm also a coach, but I know how to treat beginners. the coach doesn't understand attitude. a new learner you should not blame. you turn people off. there is another coach who is not polite

The trainers are friendly and professional. You can stay and practice as long as you want, but the time you get with trainer will be according to the number of people practicing at the current time. The more ppl there are, the shorter your time with the trainer will be. Better bring your own hand wrap and gloves, tho they provide them there for you to use for free.

Come here every Saturday now. Used to flood but now it's fixed. Can be very busy so you should check times beforehand. Has a range of equipment: Weights, Sandbags and a boxing ring. Bringing your own gloves is recommended. Location is a plus.

Boxing, Kick Boxing, The Israeli self defense thing, they teach those here. Good gym too, it has every tool you need to hone your martial arts skills. Has a shower and a locker room too and the trainers are very friendly.
