This pet shipper is really not professional, I’m bringing my dog from korea to jkrt and used this shipper, i
Paid extra Covid test so my dog can only stay 1 weeks quarantine (normally 14 days if you choose not do the Covid test), even they told me he can go home after 7days, but the day when he should out of quarantine they call me and said my dog can’t go out because the system was error and need to wait 1 more week. I knew that was a lie and I will never trust them anymore. I’m totally disappointed

Jakpetz has always been there to take care of my cat since she was a kitten. She is now 13 years old. They provide excellent boarding and grooming services. She also sees Jakpetz clinic for checkups and dental needs. The best!
