Overall, a fairly good experience with the hotel, the location works to the advantage of those commuting to the industries around.
The room quality is moderately good, however there are signs of wear out.
Service is the aspect in need of serious overhaul as several staff seem to be new, and not having a good handle of the operations. Probably a post-covid impact, but I have seen some hotels not making this issue stand out. Staff competency is an area for improvement.
Breakfast is quite standard for a 4-star establishment. Like the lobby and restaurant area where it's served.
Once the service is on par, definitely a good place to stay.

Meeting rooms are properly equipped. Bedrooms are comfortable, fully furnished to the bathroom with hot water available all the time. You can stay in smoking or nonsmoking bedroom. You can also visit the sports club and the swimming pool for free. The resto boasts a variety of good western menus with friendly and timely services. The domestic vegetable menus were often overcooked, but the staff had responded well to my feedback on this later. To the locals, female staff with trousers might be more a more preferable sight rather than ones with above-knee skirts and stockings.

Really enjoy my stay here. Very nice room with a very nice service. Room was clean, very comfortable bed, reasonable price and room size. Breakfast was okay, but nothing special. It's located beside the plaza festival so you can get food option there.

This is my second stay at the JS Luwansa, and the reason for returning to this hotel was my great experience during my first stay. This time I had to extend my stay for business purposes, and the process was handled fluently and with ease. I appreciate the friendliness and professionalism of all staff, fantastic restaurants and food, the hotel facilities, comfortable rooms and cleanliness, as well as the location. I can highly recommend this hotel for the business traveller.

Stay at weekend in May 2022. Nice staff, fast and simple check in. First we got room at 10th floor but moved to another room due to horrible sound from the next room guess. Up graded to 14th floor at the corner room. The room were more spacious with beautiful city view at night. The equipment at the fitness centre quite complete. Breakfast with limited choice but the food tasted good.

Immaculate room, so clean. Bathroom was luxurious. Location is good also for my l business trip, quite strategically located. Staff hospitality was good though not exceptional.

5 stars for the food (sad I didn't take any pics bcs I was in a hurry)! it was one of the best breakfast I ever had. I had a quick stay for an event. the bedroom and its hygiene is ok.
