So apparently the time in their clock is slower than my watch. I waited at the waiting area to enter exactly at 8pm but apparently the system clocked me as entering at 7.50pm and they charged me 1 more hour because of that. They refused to listen to reason. The service and the facilities are ok but this is a shady practice that totally puts me off. If you have to go to this outlet, you'd better pay attention to the time stamp of your entry if you don't wanna get scammed.

My team and I were having farewell for one of our team. So we booked karaoke room for 16 people at 10pm.
1. When we arrived, They don’t have the room (eventho we already booked it in advanced and we arrived on time) - so they made us waiting for almost 40min. They did gave us other room (WAY SMALLER like for 10people).

2. After we moved to the room that we supposed to get since the beginning. The MANAGER himself told us that we are going to have one hour extra for free - as a compliment and apology cause we had to wait for our room. but in the end THEY CANCELED IT; and it wasn’t even the manager, he sent the staff to told us about the cancellation. After we asked why? They just said “sorry, the manager just said no you won’t get an hour extra for free”

3. We ordered draft Bintang BEER. This is the worse of them all, 8 of us (including me) sick and had diarrhea/stomach problems early morning after that. We all had the same symptoms and sicknesses.

So! thanks for not being not time with our reservation, the FAKE compliment and the beer that caused sicknesses to some of us.

it provides various songs from different countries such as USA, UK, Japan, China, and of course Indonesia. The typing pad for choosing the song is easy to operate. What's magnificent in this place was I got 50% using my student ID. great!!

The room is too small and I can hear people sings beside us. Too noisy. But the collection of songs are complete enough. The quality of mic-sound is good.

Located on very strategic area, but unfortunately the sound system is not the best among other Inul Vista chains. Service is fast and song selection is updated enough, specially for EDM category

Just like other karaoke place. The problem is the mic sometimes its connected sometimes disconnected or the keyboard button that needs to be pressed hard in order yo use it. if this problem happen, just ask for a new keyboard or mic.

quite good Karaoke lounge, but the room is quite small and I can hear other people singing from outside. it's quite noisy.
