My team and I were having farewell for one of our team. So we booked karaoke room for 16 people at 10pm.
1. When we arrived, They don’t have the room (eventho we already booked it in advanced and we arrived on time) - so they made us waiting for almost 40min. They did gave us other room (WAY SMALLER like for 10people).
2. After we moved to the room that we supposed to get since the beginning. The MANAGER himself told us that we are going to have one hour extra for free - as a compliment and apology cause we had to wait for our room. but in the end THEY CANCELED IT; and it wasn’t even the manager, he sent the staff to told us about the cancellation. After we asked why? They just said “sorry, the manager just said no you won’t get an hour extra for free”
3. We ordered draft Bintang BEER. This is the worse of them all, 8 of us (including me) sick and had diarrhea/stomach problems early morning after that. We all had the same symptoms and sicknesses.
So! thanks for not being not time with our reservation, the FAKE compliment and the beer that caused sicknesses to some of us.
