I had a pleasant stay here. The check-in and the check-out process were incredibly quick. I had no problem staying here, but I wished that the receptionist would greet me with a brighter smile. But anyway it wasn't really a big problem. She was nice, only not smiling.

Shoutout to the security, though, his service was awesome.

Stayed for a night on the weekend. Quiet crowded outside due to surrounded by many hyped resto and cafe. Only 3 minutes walk away from the Blok M MRT station, many taxis around so you don't have to worry if you wanted to travel around Jakarta. Staffs were really friendly, room was clean and the AC worked well, but we didn't try the food (booked for the room only). Maybe we will try to have breakfast later. Overall, really recommended!

Had a pleasant 2-nights stay here. I chose this hotel primarily due to its perfect location; it was literally just outside the exit of Blok M MRT station, from which you can reach the airport (CGK) via Dukuh Atas. A trip to/from Dukuh Atas took around 15 minutes.

Lots of dining options nearby. The hotel is located right next to Blok M Square (aka Little Tokyo) where you can choose one of many Japanese restaurants there. You can also grab some groceries and ready-to-eat Japanese meals at the Papaya Supermarket nearby. If you are craving for some local delicacies, be it in the morning or at late night, the area around Plaza Blok M hosted many hawkers as well.

Good customer service and standard 3-stars hotel room. A safe, small fridge, and hairdryer were available. The restaurant was quite small so expect some queue during breakfast time. There were no bottled water in the room. Instead, a water jug was available in the room and you can fill it on the water dispenser located in the hallway.

My stay here actually very nice, the staffs was so humble, the location of the hotel itself really good, near to the MRT/Public Transport, to the Malls, Restaurants. There's a lot of nice things around.

Interesting that sometimes when we use the lift, we don't have to use the Cardlock, but in othertimes it demand to use the Cardlock. Also they have the AC on ceiling like being on a cage, it wasn't a problem just interesting. They didn't give us a mineral water but they have a dispenser, on the room it was pretty nice with the kettle, small fridge (that somehow not actually cold at all), ah also there's no soap, actually they running out of it on my room, I'm not bother of it since I bring my own, but I guess they will happily filling it again for you. I book without breakfast so I can't giving a review about it.

C/I on 6 Jun (one night) via traveloka after having a bad experience at another hotel. Extending my stay (directly from hotel) for another 3 nights, C/O on 10 Jun. Awesome experience. Receptionist Anwar, Security Dede, they are both very accommodating. Housekeeping Revaldi done a great job cleaning the room, and very friendly too. But other staffs also done a great job (including the ones on Biteu0026Beer), I just can't remember their names. Keep it up, guys. I'll definitely comeback on my next "mudik" / business trip to Jakarta
