Kinda disappointed that, they don't provide any good explanation about why they can't refund the parking fee without any further notice. The hotel is located in a managed parking area. (I Should've give them 1 star rating for this ????)

But.

I really liked the room service detail cleaning. Got myself sold when I find out, my charging cable was folded nicely. ????

When I tried to book, there's an option between "deluxe room" and "deluxe room no window" both are different prices. When I checked in, the concierge said ALL THE DELUXE ROOM HAS NO WINDOW.

Stinky room, thermostat doesn't work, All linen are heavily used and stiff, The breakfast was very poorly managed, Food and plates are empty constantly, and not refilled in time. Please choose another hotel, dont ever pick this one, dont let the 4 stars fool you like it fooled me

Good Location. Good Price. Rooms are average. Toilet is small. Rooms is clean. AC is cold enough. Breakfast is great. Food is nice, outside hotel also can find other food. Depending on your preference. Surrounding area have many Japanese restaurant and bar. At night seems to be more happening then day time. Getting taxi is hard here. Need to walk out to the road side of the main road. I am willing to go back to the hotel again if i have the chance.

Old fashioned hotel with luxury, I stay at this hotel with family for short staycation, but unfortunately the breakfast just ok, nothing special, the hotel located in the middle of little tokyo of jakarta, so many japanese restaurant, also there is papaya store at the next door, which is specialist store for japanese consumer goods.

At the first glance, this looks like an old hotel. And I think the building and the architecture is.

However, upon entering the hotel I was welcome warmly. And the room was neatly made.

When I stayed there, the food was mostly Indonesian. But I like the fact that they provide stairs as well, not only lifts.
