It's in great location, but the room that I get really bad or kind of worst for 4 star hotel.

The water is leaked from the bathroom to the room, to outside. Not gonna go to this place again

We booked 6 rooms for 2 nights via OTA. When we checked in, we had to wait for almost an hour for the rooms to be prepared. Turns out, during pandemic, they usually just open the second floor and it's already full so they need to open another floor (sixth floor) for us. When we finally got into the room, we were so disappointed to find the water was black, the aircon was not cool enough, bed got stains, and many lamps did not work. Moreover, one of my family swore they heard loud noises in the hallway at night (and we were the only people in that floor). The next day, we decided to check out and move to different hotel.

the entertainment tv channel in room is not satisfied ... just national channel not parabola ... not much enjoyed

I booked a deluxe room for my parents (twin) and myself (double) prior to my wedding day. The stay was good for us. The room was clean but there was a little bit less-bright in my parent's room. The food was also okay. It will be better if the hotel offers a variety of Asian menus for food stalls. What I love from this hotel was the ambiance of Jakarta culture (and Indonesia) itself -u003e Old School and Antics. Unfortunately, there was an issue when I booked using a different email for different rooms. The reception could not differ my booking (they only reserve for 1 room). This should be improved.

Overall is fine yet do expect less.. since it was an old hotel, most interior (bed, carpet, sofa, bathroom, etc) are pretty much old school look u0026 feeling. Cleanness is average, breakfast just so-so, services overall is all good. Look forward for KC to be having their maintenance period inside out look soon, since location is rather strategic so its very likely to become potential accommodation while visiting Jakarta in the centre of the city.

is old but not that bad, one of the oldest in Jakarta, not perfectly clean but acceptable, the food is ok but could be better, large rooms, 2 small swimming pool at the back of the hotel. Nothing amazing but enjoyable, but what made me mad, was a bunch of people screaming in the swimming pool in the morning, how someone is suppose to take a rest, and the staff of the hotel didn't do anything about it.

Seen better days but they only use 2nd floor u0026 Not even their well vaulted remodel Sriwajaya 5th floor. Nice Big lobby but stays warm. Classic hotel style rooms. Average food taste, good housekeeping, u0026 adequate desk service. Booked a King bed but only twin available in ugly window view. Nothing around to walk out about.
