Great location, but the parking is very limited. the receptionist give warm service. the room is okay just for spend the night, not for leisure activity. the card-key need to be fixed ASAP, I have to go to the receptionist back and forth because my card is not working properly.

It was ok, good price for the location. I stayed only a few hours due to some business nearby. The only issue I had, was the water dispenser not being very hygienic during covid. They mentioned this is because they are trying to save plastic, but they should provide bottled water for those who request. I don't want to risk my health by sharing a dispenser with others.

I submit some complaints regarding the receptionist availability, the restaurant staffs availability and the WiFi connection. But the hotel representative contact me right away to ensure my complaints were addressed correctly. They act immediately on each of my complaints and sincerely apologizing on them. What a nice customer service. Will definitely comeback after the call.

Best budget hotel, and you can get cheaper price with promo and deals, and still have buffet breakfast.

Some rooms are small and no windows, dummy window only, and if you're Moslem, some rooms have limited space for praying. But the room is still nice and provides you basic amenities. If you don't like using all in one soap, shampoo and conditioner, please bring your own, since they only provide that.

Hairdryer is available upon your request, but they don't have that many stocks. So if you plan to use hairdryer, book it once you check in especially during high season. Breakfast is good, some choices are available.

Anyway, it's nice staying there ????????????????????????
