The staff are nice. They always greet and giving smile to the customers and helping them in some ways. The room is clean and furnished, though there is a room which has refrigerator inside and some hasn't. The parking lot is quite spacious for motorcycles and cars. The breakfast is good and have many choices. I would like to advice you not to make any noise in the room. The sound you made in your room could be heard by the neighbours.

The service is not good since they always talk about limit if we ask for a extra towels or blankets ,pillows .
The rooms were good but other services I feel was not worth the price.
The breakfast buffet has good options but less for vegetarian folks.
For the high price of Buffet would expect more items

It is such a lame story btw. I order the room with breakfast, but eventually they only gave me 1 voucher because i fill the number of guest 1. I never had this problem in other hotels. 1 room is always for 2 persons.
I ask the receptionist but they still go with the silly rules. You just lost a customer and i’ll make sure my company will not use your service anymore.

Room is comfortable, with small fridge as well as a digital safebox. Good arrangement of sofa, chair and writing desk. A small phone attached to the headboard is really stand out of the crowd, make it easier to make room to room or service call. What I like most is the restaurant, where breakfast is served. This large semi open area is just face to face with a swimming pool. The food served is just excellent. Sambal Matah and sambal Kecombrang are among those I like. Bread, salad bar, chicken porridge, rice with all those meat and soup and drinking station are what I adore in this restaurant. This hotel is good for business duty or vacation with your love ones.

It is ok, in side there is Restaurant that offers buffet and a la carte. For buffet it cost like 195k IDR (~13€). The food however is not as good as I expected. The place is clean except the pool need some
Improvement.

Room is quite spacious and clean. They provide hair dryer in bathroom. The service on the front desk is fast. The hotel staffs are nice. The hotel's location is quite strategic, it is near Kota Kasablanka Mall where you can find many restos, bakeries, supermarket, coffee shops and any other kind of shops.

Visit Harris cafe and resto for gathering and breakfasting with friends.
Since high demands on Ramadan, you should reserve the table first for safety.
They served buffet, then you can choose any food to eat and cost for 198k/pax (I've got early bird package for 150k/pax)
Outdoor view is really nice with pool, the night view is great.
The various food is served here. Indonesian, western, middle east, and so on.
