Newly established hospital in Tebet area, part of Brawijaya Hospital. The place was quite small actually, but clean and organized. The staff at the register surprisingly not greeted the customers at the first encounter. I thought greetings was part of service procedure. I hope she did say the greetings but I didn’t hear, even though I remembered she didn’t say anything and we spent split seconds of awkwardness haha.

Anyway, there are drugstore, baby shop and lots of cafe inside the hospital which is pretty convenient. The doctors are great and helpful. Overall great experience.

A friendly place to control your health. Cozy place to wait for the doctor calling ur turn. But the parking area is too small for this franchise, keep improving for this issue.

Booked sinus surgery and odontectomy here, had small unpleasant experience, but they took care the complaint really well. Awesome.

New hospital in town they opened in Sep 2020, so all the building and the equipment is pretty new. The air con is not centralized, every corridor in each floor have open air so if you’re afraid of covid airborne you have to think and choose Brawijaya Saharjo.

A Hospital in Tebet Area, South Jakarta.

The building is nice, clean and the service is pretty fast. The officers are very friendly. Usually patients need to wait the late doctor coming to the hospital, well this is also no exception. But the waiting time was relatively short. So that is a good one. I believe the hospital assure punctuality of the doctors.

Booking reservation of doctor is also very easy via the web.

There are several coffee shops and Octo vending machine around. Kimia farma shop in GF.

One thing that I don't like is the parking space. So limited that the parking officer suggested vallet.

I understand vallet for commercial buildings like mall, etc. But in Hospital? If emergency, maybe we should pay more in front for the valley for faster respond. Not really well considered, eh?

Better take taxi next time. If there is next time of course.

Ehm, the admin is very slow. Very very slow. Doctor consultation was 15 minutes, waiting administration u0026 medicine was almost 2 hours! ????

And that deserves 2 star deduction for each flaw.

First time experience. So far so good, staff are welcome. Clean hospital and many coffe corners.

Just had ablation surgery on Heartology @ Brawijay Hospital Saharjo, stayed in VIP Room, the room is clean, big and everything i need is available , the most very important is the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Ablation and surgery went great, everything is doing good now. Thank you Brawijaya Hospital Saharjo for making me healthy again.
