The phone numbers for information are useless. Very rarely to never one would pick up the phone. I wonder, how can the military hospital management be like this..... Is there any sense of service, responsibility, and discipline as the staffs working value?

Super bad service. Dirty.
How could the officer entrust other patient's lab samples to me to be sent to the laboratory??
I also had to go back and forth to the admission and lab sections, because the ER staff did not provide complete files at the same time.

At the ward, there was a CAT hiding below the bed. How come?

In my opinion, the customer service at this hospital is BELOW ZERO!

Best value of money for a hospital compared to any hospital around it.

Building and facilities are kinda old, but still serves its purposes.

It accepts BPJS Health Insurance, which is good; but it render the hospital always crowded with out-patients seeking for affordable medication. If you don't want to queue very long, better come early

Staffs are good and helpful though I somehow almost feel they are quite underpaid.

Considering how affordable the hospital is suggested that this hospital receives subsidies from its benefactor (Indonesia Ministry of Defense)

Medical staff u0026 doctor so friendly. Car port enough. But pharmacy service for government insurance are so slowly. I hope can be better for next time. Thank you

A very big Hospital having quite alarge estate u0026 remarkable facilities, situated still in the border of the Capital City Jakarta in the Southern District to Tangerang District, the Banten Regency, West Java.

the service of the paramedic team and all staff are friendly and informative. Does not distinguish the status of the patient whether the patient is BPJS (goverment insurance) or personal insurance.
