I never thought a three star hotel could give services better than five star hotels. I like all the foods they serve here, local cuisine at its best. The room is very modern, neat, and clean. Actually it is situated in strategic location with many interesting cafes and restaurants around, but the traffic is though in peak hour.

ONE OF THE BEST! From the small details in the room, such as the rain shower, hair dryers, the room is simple but elegant, all the materials are high quality. Service was also incredible!! Breakfast was superb, all dishes are delicious. Egg station was amazing! Will be back for sure! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Huge outdoor parking area.
Room is good, with sufficient space.
Good wi-fi connectivity.
Bathroom is clean.
Many options for breakfast menu.

The menu breakfast was quite complete. The room was good also and clean but the minus is on the bed have a sounds annoying because the material for the foundation is metal

If I could give a 10 star rating for the hotel I would! Spent 5 days here, everything from Airport pick up, check in, room service and cleanliness was excellent! Thank you very much for Airport pickup staff and driver for giving me a warm welcome back to Indonesia, kind receptionist for ensuring a smooth and fast check in, laundry staff for always delivering my clothing in great condition and on time, security for maintaining safe and secure stay 24/7 at the room coridor, housekeeping for making sure the room was clean and hygienic prior to my arrival. The room package that I reserved included 3 meals and all the food was delicious!! Thank you so much Arosa! Highly recommended hotel❤️

Recommended hotel for quarantine and of course closed from home. Fast response, though all comms were only thru WA. Supposed to stay here for 5 days, but 2 days upon arrival there's a changes and they quickly update me ASAP. The pickup service were smooth, the emergency receptions on the back were fine and all staffs are friendly. Requested for spicy food and laundry all in once. And the important things, they provide extra mineral water I asked and delivered my package send it directly to my room. I enjoyed every meal they served, the room were clean and overall it was a pleasant stay. Thank you, Arosa Hotel. Keep up the good work ????

Stayed 2N3D for the quarantine package 2 adults 1 kid, very professional, very well organized from booking, airport pickup until going to the room. The food was very nice, no complain at all. Well done for all the staff for all the service. Superb..
