1 star for the efficiency and variety of equipments if you're into weights. However one of the worst CF I've ever been to, its so small, I cant imagine what it's like at peak hours. The parking is the worst part, how can they choose a location with insufficient parkings like this?

Very poor service!

The personal trainers in kemang does not know how to use the equipments. When asked how to increase the incline and speed, he responded “saya juga kurang tau mba”.

Do not choose this place if you have other choices. You will always being offered with “promo” though you refuse it, they always ask you for more and more! The consultant will call you everyday until you accept the “promo”. Very bad management, especially consultant who does not care about what you need. They will help you only if it involves money. The place also quite small, it is okay but there are many equipments that runs off. The AC also not good. Been here for 6 month and finally go to other branch.

Very very badly managed and maintained, really not up to the standards and certainly not worth the price! The trainers are real professional (which is the least you can expect from a fitness club…), but no way you can enjoy to train when the A/C is out of service or weak (which it is most of the time), when the machines are not repaired (although you repeatedly mention it to the staff), or when you see the managers hanging around doing nothing… These people seem not to have the faintest idea of what they are paid for…
