Excelent studio and amazing coaching team.
Unlike other gyms for sure ,work out was never more fun .
Have been working out for a year here already and seeing amazing results.
They are always hands on and happy to help you with any personal goals you might have. Even during PSBB ,team made sure we are taken care of and guard Zoom classes to motivate us. Not to mention that community is great and I have made lot of friends with F45 Kemang.

This is a perfect fitness regime for a busy lifestyle both work u0026 social.
I have tried just about everything from gyms to fitness clubs and F45 delivers the best results in the shortest amount of time. As well as an optimal way of keeping fit, the social, new friendships and networking that goes along with joining this studio has indeed been a very positive aspect into my daily life. F45 @Kemang in Jakarta, has been a positive life changing experience for me. The management, the trainers u0026 the members make up for a fabulous community. We train together, motivate each other towards achieving our fitness goals u0026 party together too. The management ensures a fabulous environment and the trainers engage personally with the members. I hate missing a single day of workout at F45 -:))

I started F45 in March 2019. It’s been a fantastic journey of better understanding my body, my capabilities, meeting new friends an enabling better nutritional habits. The staff are great, professional and fun. Covid obviously dented the gym industry and F45 has followed all necessary precautions to protect the members.
Personally, I have transformed from an unfit feeling to something of strength and determination. At end of day, it’s on you and what you want to achieve. F45 is clearly the solution for me. Now I’m taking on the F45 - 45 day challenge and I am sure I will see a physical transformation.

I've been training here since 2019 and I must say this is the best gym I've ever been to. The workout programs change every day so I never get bored, there's always something new to learn. Everyone there from the staffs, trainers, and the whole community are just lovely!

This place so good for you to doin a workout like a pro, they've a good place, big space, and clean area,
The tools was always keep clean, and the trainers, they so warm for a new guy, so don't be silly to join this thing, you'll be get the great experience to do soo

Fantastic support from the management and the whole team during my time as a member. Also a great community.

The studio is super clean and the team have been great at making sure we are all safe during these difficult times.
