Another vegetarian place in Jogja. So happy to find this place. The food is amazing. A homey food just like grandma’s cooking.
We went here by a friend’s recommendation. Then we used google map to find the place. It was quite easy to find. Once we got there, we were amazed by the cleanliness of the place. Neat and tidy. Everything is in the right place. There are 4 sets of table and chair. There is also a wastafel where you can wash your hands before eating. Parking is quite easy. Park your motorbike under the roof in front of the warung/food stall where there are plants and greens. I also found a very peaceful corner where I saw Buddha statues on the garden. So lovely.
Because it was Saturday, I ordered Nasi Padang Vegan, while my friend wanted to have rice with different dishes. She had mushroom satay which was so yummy. But my Nasi Padang was the best. I got “rendang” and the taste was just like a real rendang meat. Chewy and tasty textures. There are also mushroom, tempeh, and tofu for your choices. All food are an absolute yum. For the drink, I chose to have Hot Lougan Tea to accompany Nasi Padang, while my friend got Ice Chrysant Tea.
Beside the food and the place, the owner is also very nice and friendly. He was patient to answer my questions about the food and genorous to give the dishes. All prices are ranged from 1K-17,5K. Tempeh was the cheapest and nasi padang was the most expensive. For the two of us, we spent 47,5K.
I would definitely come back again to taste different dishes. Very reccomended.
