Staying in this hotel during high season (lebaran) and this hotel have spacious room, and all the stuff for staying overnight had been provided (toiletries, coffee makers, safe deposits box and else). They have room service and breakfast in their restaurant. Have quite various option and all good even for your child. This hotel located in strategic area just at main street but when you're in your room, the silence of the room was good enough. The rate also moderate and you can pay in cash/non cash, directly or no directly (via booking application). Nice ????

Pros :
- air conditioning was good
- wifi was really fast
- hot shower

Cons :
- no security at parking area (u have to park ur car and carry all the luggage by yourself)
- slow response from receptionist (we only got 1 pair of sandals, and there was no bath soap and shampoo)
- smelly pillow and carpet
- breakfast is just ok, standard

The shower is very dirty, probably the dirtiest i ve ever seen in any hotel. They charge you for borrowing bowl. The bedsheet smelly.

Lipstick marks on pillow case, stains on the duvet, cigarettes burnings, long hair in the toilet, dust on windows, missing toiletries, mould, mildew, dust, rust, waterspots, lint, I could keep going, but this isn't basic hygiene for anybody. Really dirty a place to stay for long. Probably like Grand Uncle motel than a Grand Serela.

Upsides are: the room service came quickly to change it, adequate WiFi strength, strong AC that makes the room cold, good furniture and comfy bed.

Extra good service saved the day - from the breakfast counters, down to room service.

Dirty rooms (carpet super smelly), bathroom (everywhere black mold, pee on the toilet seat and hairs everywhere), breakfast very very limited and the use of dirty equipment to store the food, service was bad as well.

Room not clean, so dirty. But its an okay ish room

Good choice to stay and enjoy the night in Jogja. Affordable price with the big and nice musholla. They also have some meeting room and ballroom for your event.
