The first impression of this hotel, yes its kinda old or i gotta say "classic javanese-ish", the lobby interior is full with javanese ornament, you wont be amaze with its fancy, luxury hotel scent or vibes, but the most excellent experience is from its staff their hospitality, friendliness, willing to help, customer oriented especially from frontdesk officer Miss Festi and the other staff Miss Tika, they're very professional fast respon to my personal request and allowed me to get early check in because i had urgent meeting to prepare for. The room and cleanliness quite decent, Overall excellent service from the hotel staff.

Nice big bed, shower was a little small and water pressure was ok. The beef burger I had was unfortunately not very good, breakfast was cold and flavourless.

This place looks haunted and a run down hospital. The room have really dim lighting and very dirty glass tables. There are mites almost everywhere that roam around. The air conditioner can’t even keep the room cold and the bathroom have bad plumbing. The sockets in the room are in awkward places and non of them are even near the bedside table. I do not know how this hotel got 4 stars but it certainly doesn’t deserve these stars.

Good pool ????
Vintage room with old stuff
Need some renewal and major revitalization.
You know, being vintage doesnt mean you need to keep the old stuff as a concept, antiques are good but wear out item such as old electric heating mug, you need to replace dat ????
And why am i only find 1 teabag in my room?
The AC sounds like my grandpa hudson hornet in their late age ????
The bed sheet torn u0026 worn out , it smells like somebody's grandma sweater, i can hear little red riding hood singing in my dreams.
Bathroom seems good
Dont charge too much for breakfast ????☕???? with that much of price people nowadays prefer much worthy food than just standard local plater with just sunny side up gimmick.

Run down room.
Hair dryer broken and when they give new one, it gave cold wind.
Air conditioner is old hence its not cold enough, when they check, that's the best they can do.
Towel with stains.
To charge your devices, you have to bend down. It's behind the TV.

It was a very pleasant visit. The warm water only on from 6-8 AM u0026 PM, but it's still tolerable. They also have various TV channels to keep guests amused. For me the air conditioner was cold enough, but for others, it's still not as cold as they expected. I love how they gave a candle in the bathroom. I also very entertained by the balcony and I can view the street. Overall, I love their room and service, so I would love to come visit again. Thank you!
