Got a discount voucher to stayed here for 2 nights at their studio-apartment room.
Objectively, it is located strategically, near to airport, mall, and easy access for a city tour. It has swimming pool and gym, even basement parking area.
I stayed here with my family, got 2 standard studio rooms. Each had one queen bed, bathroom with shower, sink, a balcony viewed to the swimming pool. But as it originally was an apartment, amenities charged more. Needed to paid another IDR 50k for full amenities (2 mineral bottles, 2 towels, 1 bath mat, 1 set of teapot + mugs + tea coffee sugar). Television was available but could not turned on since it was not included in the offering. No wifi too.
Hospitality was so so. I didn't know if that was because of the crowded visitors at that time but checked in needed too much time. Deposit IDR 100k needed when checked in to be returned while checked out.
Hope Core Hotel could improve their service since they had a lot of potential being a chosen place to stay for travelers. Thanks!

This is a very good hotel. It has swimming pool, restaurants, and gym. The service is absolutely amazing. The best place for having a refreshing time in a quiet place.

When I booked one of the apartment room here, I got a discounted price. The room is including 2 beds ( 1 small size + 1 big size), 2 air conditioner, 1 TV, 1 toilet. 150k IDR without amenities , I think it's quite worth.

Bad experience.. no tv, no drink waters, no room wifi, etc.. and you need to pay extra if you want it all.. Its just an empty apartement with bed and nothing more.. curious neighbour (people who live in the same building you stay) will always watching your every move, and they are so loud every night.. dirty passanger lift, dirty blanket, and dirty floor.. and dont espect room service since its just an apartement for rent..

This hotel got my 5 stars becuase they have good facilities, delicious food, helpful and kindheart officer. This hotel gave me good services over all

Bad hotel which I experienced in my life. Dirty rooms, no amenities, no phone in the room, staff with out any idea of their job. Any request they first say cannot or chargeable. I'll not recommend this to anyone who want to stay with family and enjoy their time. Dental kit I need to pay 10 rb seriously......!!? Hardly we can see staff here. Worse management. Better they can open kost kosan instead of hotel.
