We had foot reflexology last month. It was such a wonderful experience. I think foot reflexology is also about the Javanese ritual in the treatment. We are surely coming back again!

Top Notch Spa Treatments! Best one so far! The massage techniques, the hospitality, the treatment rooms where once a Royal Palace, tge after treatments, the rates - ah, toooo awesome! Worth to try and regularly visit! ????????????

This is a luxuriously large place with spa and massage treatments which can be considered expensive by the locals. But for visitors, the price is very worth it for the great treatments and enormous massage room. Will recommend choosing a treatment that ends with bath tub soaking to have a complete experience.

Great location, terrible massage: we went to this place due to the great reviews it has received, unfortunately the reality did not live up to it. Granted, the place is amazing being situated in an old palace. Check in was a little clumsy due to limited English skills (or Indonesian skills on our behalf). You then get ushered into a nice waiting room and being presented with a delicious citrus drink while your room is being readied. We opted for a partner massage and were lead to a large room with 2 massage beds, bath tub and shower. Everything looked great!

But then the massage started: it was everything but relaxing, but more of an pressure point massage borderlining painful. The therapist did not introduce himself, just jumped on me and started the routine. I had to ask a number of times to reduce the pressure. No oil was used - instead you get poked through the towel.

At the end I was relieved it was over. I think any Grandma at Kuta beach would have provided a better service at a fraction of the cost we were charged. 1 million rupias for 2 hours of discomfort for two people was definitely not worth the visit.

My therapist was good, could be enhanced just a lil bit more tho. But overall everything was good. Pressure was okay, welcome drink was tasty (sinom) my husband likes it so much.
I got nothing to complain about, I'm satisfied
