Marugame Udon is one of the restaurants that offers udon noodles with various variants ranging from original udon to curry flavors. Complete with various toppings ranging from gyoza, tempura, to chicken katsu.

The prices here are relatively middle, even high in my opinion, quite expensive. You can mix and match the noodle menu with the toppings.

This restaurant has a spacious dining area, decorated with Japanese udon stalls.

This restaurant is inside the Plaza Ambarrukmo Mall on Jalan Solo on the 3rd floor. Right in front of Cinema XXI.

I ordered tori paitan and it was good but when I ordered the spicy paitan, it was rather bland. Not consistent. The price of the udon is actually ok by restaurant standard, but the confiments are overpriced.

No need a lot to say if it comes to marugame udon. It's always a pleasing experience to dine here! Food always great, the fritters are also amazing. Drinks u0026 essentials like scallions, chilli, are free flow. Worth the price for sure ????

Negative points:
Taste of ocha below average,
Please separate condiments bar n silverware racks, berjubel consumers disitu
Kebersihan ditingkatkan terutama silverware nya

One of the best and most popular Japanese Udon in Amplaz. Be forwarned the place is totally full during lunch time, especially on weekends. The price per bowl of Udon from Rp 50K-60K, so it's on the high side. Buy you do get what you paid for, most options are very delicious.

Go to this place quite often. Good places to enjoy udon. Good place for not-so-large group people. Better for stopping by after shopping. It has several choices of menus. But hopefully there are more additional menus to try. It's quite busy on weekend and lunch/dinner time.
