Homie place to stay in Yogyakarta. Really like to stay here. Very strategic location, easy to find, tasty breakfast, quite large car park, and helpful staffs. I think its an old fashioned hotel but they really make it up well enough so that we can really enjoy our stay. Price does makes sense. Swimming pool is available but I rarely see people swim there. The room was comfy. The AC and mini refrigerator work well. Minus : in my room, the bed cover looked dirty (not a big deal for me that time). Their breakfast is usually really simple but tasty. Overall really recommended!!

Spacy room, prefer the room with river side view which far from highway, less noise more green-vision

I got a low price for a night in deluxe 2 bedroom. This is an old hotel with limited staff. The car parking is in a lower land beside the hotel and the lane to parking lots is sloppy and difficult to see other car from front. That is dangerous. The room is spacious with coffe and tea maker but without any complementary teabag or coffee sachet. Bedroom is OK but without any complementary soap and shampoo. I got bad experience with breakfast that was told to be room delivery but it changed to a dine in in coffee shop without any notice. Good for a quick transit in a main road Jl Solo located hotel, but do not expect any excellent service.

A 3-star hotel with a service equal to 5-star hotel. The staffs are friendly and accomodating. The hotel is clean and artistic both outside and inside. Each room is provided with water kettle, mineral water, tea, coffee, sugar, and creamer. There's even a refrigerator and TV cable. Fresh towels are provided daily. The bed is also nice with air conditioner which you can adjust the temperature to your liking. There's also a swimming pool for you to enjoy.

One of the worst hotel ever. You have to bring everything even drinking water and toothbrush. The room was very dark because of the lamp on bed is dead. I asked a staff, he said because this building is old. Thats it. And the AC didnt work. Finally I changed the room, the lamp on the bed was ok. He was just lazy guy. And the crazy thing was “towel”. Smells like foot towel.

I went there 2 years ago for campus excursion. We stayed more days in Jogja for enjoying more adventure than the excursion was(me and my others 5 friends).

When we were there, the place is still new even we can't using the swimming pool yet. Also near the pool and entrance area to the pool was still in bad conditions, construction everywhere. But the scenery on that patio was stunning, we spend time there chatting while enjoying the sound of river.

The service was great too, eventhough the place still new. Also their arc window in the bedroom was remarkable and instagramable, which is great for looking at the sunset .

It's a great place with affordable price!

The rooms are nice, the restaurant with a view of the river. The pool is small but comfortable. Unfortunate, no in room dining service. Breakfast options are few but tastes good and also hygiene.
