Was in the first floor and got my room in the corner-corridor. Not usually want to type long-critical description, but: this is the second worst hotel I have ever been into. The lamp were really gloomy and the bathroom full with urine-scent. Even though the location was not bad, the service was extremely horrible. Imagine: you have been standing in the receptionist table, ready to give the key-card, waiting for the receptionist playing his phone while sitting in the sofa?! The bed and its pillow was dusty. Got no sandal with two stinky and old towels. And like if all the problems aren't enough, the soap was ran-out. I could get a much better place with the same price. The owner has to fix a lot if this place want to be labelled as good.

Located in Pogung near FT UGM. Booked through their whatsapp, 650k for 3 nights, in a twin room. The room wasn't cleaned properly, there was dust everywhere. Pillow smelled damp. Stains on bedsheet and the blanket didnt feel clean too. Could find a better place with the same amount of money. Wouldnt comeback.

Affordable price. Very strategic location for those who need a short stay accommodation. Near UGM and Kaliurang street. They also accept monthly rate for boarding house rent. However, the air conditioner was too noisy and too slow to cool down the temperature. Overall, it's a nice place to stay.

If you check in more than 10pm, you will deal with difficulty to find a way to get here. The amenities are only toothpaste and toothbrushes. The AC in room 107 is hot. The room is small. Luckily, the staff is friendly.

Its not hotel, its like guest house. The service is not professional compared with hotel, i must ask about slippers, 2 towel. How come..

Park area also small(limited), but you can park your car at the shoulder of road.

Overall for the room was comfort and clean.

It's a good place for you to have a rest or sleep. The room is clean, but so small, you can't add an extra bed. The room services which are provided on each room are tv, minibar (only the place, there are no mugs/tea/coffee), but the hotel provides you with two bottles of mineral water. For the bathroom facilities, there are shower room, toilet bowl sit, mirror, one big bottle of soap, two tooth brush, shampoo, two bath towel, line hanger, soap disk, and also wastebasket. Overall, this hotel is very recommended for you who have limit budget, but need to take some rest and sleep.

Beds are comfortable, plus the marble in the neat bathroom. Nothing much to say about the breakfast but they would deliver it to your room even if requested at 6AM.

notes: It's located in an alley so not the best idea to walk there in the middle of a night. but there are lots of on-demand hitching apps such as grab and "gojek" anyways so not really much of a problem afterall.
