Still the best penyetan in East Java with proper place ever! The shrimp paste is quite strong and the sambal overall is tasty. Best seller here is Empal Penyet. But sometimes I order other menu like Nasi Urap, Nasi Pecel, or other topping of penyetan. All is good. Place is clean and has air conditioner. Recommended if you want to try East Java food in Sidoarjo area.

Very clean place and food utensil, price is affordable, and this is the best taste of fresh sambal and traditional fried chicken.
Good packaging and quick service.

I don't know why, but I don't really like the taste of their food. You're here buying the "brand" not the food. Their fried chicken feels not really fresh ._. Like it's been friend hours ago before it served. And it's quite pricey ????.
Those places always full, so you couldn't feel the air-con (AC) ._. So sad :(

Definitely a place for good food. Don't hesitate to visit this place if you are around. Warung Bu Kris offers good selection of Indonesian food with great taste. Despite its small building, the service is awesome. Try and you never forget.

One of many Bu Kris food shop in Surabaya and around. This located in Sidoarjo. Parking is good. Food can choose either spicy or not spicy, also there is other choices. They served east java food (mostly local taste), but over years, they had expand to Malang, Denpasar, Bandung and Jakarta. Usually full during lunch time. They had existed more than 15 years. Price is also good for your wallet and food quality is ok.
