Sedikit cerita tentang pelayanan karyawan “sport station” yng berada di robinson mall CL semarang, yang sedang melaksanakan tugas kerjanya pada *Selasa, 12 Juli 2022 pukul 20:00WIB* dengan ciri-ciri (Laki-laki, badan agak besar).
Saya sama pasangan saya hendaknya mau lihat-lihat saja ada diskon apa hari ini di robinson, lalu pasangan saya tertarik sama salah satu sepatu Reebok Royal Techque Size 43 dengan harga normal Rp 799.999 *diskon 50%*.
Pada pukul 21:35WIB sehabis dari Mcd, saya sama pasangan saya kembali ke toko “sport station” hendak membeli sepatu tersebut, sebelumnya pasangan saya tanya soal size terlebih dahulu dan jawaban dari karyawan “sport station” sangat atos untuk jelasin tentang stok size nya.
Tetapi pasangan saya tetep mau ambil sepatu tersebut karena memang sudah tertarik dari awal, akhir saya yang bilang ke masnya jadi ambil sepatu tersebut. Lalu si karyawannya mengambilkan sepatunya saya pikir akan dikasih stok yang baru, tetapi si karyawanya bilang “ini tinggal stok yang display” yaudah saya iyain, ketika pasangan saya masih mencoba sepatu tersebut sebelum membayar, saya iseng lihat-liat sepatu display tetapi yang masih berasa di dus nya, ketika saya tau ada stok sepatu reebok yang mau di beli dengan pasangan saya. Disana saya heran sama si karyawan kenapa pasangan saya tidak diberi stok yang baru atau bukan stok display??
Apa karena pasangan saya membeli barang diskon?? Kalau memang customer yang membeli barang diskon tidak pantas mendapatkan barang baru, kenapa “sport station” mengadakan diskon??
Saya tidak tahu apa memang peraturan dari “sport station” seperti itu, atau memang karyawannya ngelunjak.
