first experience trying the local breakfast at semarang city. Mie Kopyok Pak Dhuwur with traditional hot tea. The Mie was good and just nice for breakfast especially when you put additional chili and soya sauce inside its becoming more flavours.....

A one of kind taste, unique and refreshing, very recommended for hot days, and so affordable you wouldn't mind to ask for more portion.

The best mie kopyok for Semarang area, I think the taste is bit light and mixed between Chinese soup with sprouts and lontong. Worth to try!

You can smell the garlic from miles away (hyperbolic). But seriously, the garlic is really strong so if you're not into it then don't. It's stamina food. Garlic is good for immune systems. The portion is small so enough for breakfast.
Put on more sweet soy sauce u0026 garlic oil u0026 chilli paste to add flavor before slurping it up the entire plate.

An authentic meal in this city. I love this local noodles. It's good to have it all the way on my breakfast time. Mostly, all the group visitors are coming into this place as group of family. All the wooden benches and tables are surprisingly good enough for the visitors. The noodle itself is just like a soup anyway. As Javanese food style, it serves with carbohydrates called "lontong" which made by rice. The sauce is in black color, fulfilled of herbs u0026 tropical seasoning. And the most important thing of this meal is "karag", a rice chip. Obviously, this meal will take us full of carbohydrates. The price is in moderately cheap enough. Unfortunately I can't see any toilet in this area

Located just a few hundred metres from Poncol Train Station. Open in the morning. A good light breakfast. It has noodles, garlick soup a little vegetables, tofu and krupuk (rice chips). I prefer a little bit sweeter. Very cheap. Staff are friendly. Seats are plenty. I think this is one of the most iconic culinary spot u0026 menu in Semarang. This menu is suitable for lunch as well. Fresh!
