Checked in, the room were infested with cockroach. Killed around 11.
No recovery efforts made by the staff, not even offering room change. We request a bug spray only.
We kinda cannot enjoyed anything afterwards, as my wife and kids are both felt uncomfortable with the pest situation.
So we skip breakfast too, thinking that this hotel probably have a bad hygiene / pest situation, so definitely cannot feel safe to eat.

Stayed for 1 night in business suites. We were greeted by a cockroach in the bathroom. We were also genuinelu surprised as the unit only has 1 free electrical socket in the living room and no electrical socket in the bedroom/working desk. What kind of business suites is this..

We booked 1 apartment with 3 rooms (2 nights 24-25th June 2022), no kitchen appliances, They forbid us open the balcony, will charge extra money if we use the sofa bed in front of the TV rooms (????)

All rooms (the one I rented) have its own air-conditioner. Some tiles in the bathroom have scales but still ok.

We checked in on Thursday 24th 2002. We actually wanted to stay several days in connection with our business trip, however to our dissapointment we encountered a number of situations which made us check out the next morning. WiFi was totally not working since the day we come till we left (front office lady nicely answered no problem with the system at the time of check in :-( . Washbasin was blocked in our room - hot and cold water faucet for shower was not working properly. Back to the WiFi, we got "sorry for the inconvenience caused" from front office staff when we left - management should look into those basic items like in other hotels. With dissapointment we checked out and moved to another competitor of yours where we feel more comfortable and could do our business as usual.

Stayed here about 5 times. Really love the room unit configuration as well as the space size, not too big and not too small. Place is secured, quite safe even for cars parked outside the building. However, facilities need improvement, especially in the common areas.

Affordable and wide room, worth to stay.
The room was big enough and really comfy for me, I had a good time there.
I love the breakfast, all of the menu were so delicious!

Cleanliness could be improved.
