The rooms comfortable enough with a huge and comfy bed, but cleanliness was poor, and the helper u0026 security very passive and unkind and not nice. Just the front desk do a good job, they know their guests is

Not as expected. I went here to check in the double bed, but got the twin bed. Plus there is no window view. I mean i paid as equal as the normal price. Bad service, not all customers treated the same way. ????????????????????????????????

Impression :
+ Nice suite room
+ Strategic place
+ Friendly staff (I liked most is when a hotel guest didn't wear his masker properly u0026 a security guard warned him yet in polite way. It's a shame the guest obey it but still trying explaining so many excuse.)
+ Clean room.

Challenges :
- Food taste need to improve (not bad, but it could be better)
- Food availability at breakfast need to maintain (many times it was empty u0026 not refilled before closing time)
- Additional charge for additional towel and bath room mat (I mean : really? 4-stars hotel charging for additional towel u0026 mat? I get it if they asked for deposit u0026 will be returned when guest checked out just like an additional key. But well, it's their management policy I guess. Hope they'll reconsider it later. Think those as guest complimentary)
- Outdoor parking lot, it'll be hard to get the vehicle when rainy season. The buliding has basement parking lot. Not big, but I think it should be available for hotel guest to use it.

This is my first time visit MG Setos hotel for breakfasting. The place is clean, foods was good enough, service goos.

had a 2 night stay here in April 2021. even though the hotel is big and the layout is bizzare (not to mention each floor function) but the room is very comfortable. breakfast was average, nothing special. good value for money.
