Pengalaman yang sangat mengecewakan di KMN Semarang. Dokter membatalkan sepihak operasi mata ibu saya, dengan alasan pupil yg tidak kunjung membesar baru tunggu 2 jam, padahal sudah tinggal tindakan. Dokter tidak memberikan solusi dgn alasan tidak berpengalaman soal pembesaran pupil dan malah mengalihkan pasien untuk penanganan di JEC (seolah cuci tangan dan tidak merekomendasikan dokter lain di KMN).

Sudah rugi waktu, biaya utk cek lab,swab,dll , terutama mental pasien yg sudah mempersiapkan diri, mata sdh ditetesi cukup perih, dll.

Seharusnya KMN cari dokter yg kompeten dan berpengalaman, kasihan pasien sdh melewati berbagai fase tinggal tindakan malah membatalkan sepihak....
