The first pet hotel we ever stayed in Semarang. Clean, strategic location (near night festival of gg warung, main road, traditional market, etc), helpful staff. They also have family room consist of 3 beds, then you can also add 1 extra bed for more comfort if you are consist of 4 persons. They dont provide breakfast, but no worries.. in the morning Semawis area have lots of food stall/kiosk that already open.

Okay, I'll try to give the objective review here though my friends already gave bad reviews above.. Lol

I love their design u0026 concept, the room is also cozy and clean..
They serve free mineral water refills, tea, and coffee in the lobby.. Which is good

The staff is actually friendly, but it looks like they only have 1 or 2 staff so the staff is not always ready at the reception table..

One thing that everyone should take note of is their location.. It's very nearby to the infamous Lumpia Gg. Lombok, but.. They are located in a small street behind the Chinatown and at night some access to this hotel is being closed, it is such a pain if you're not familiar with this area.. I u0026 my friend needs to go around 3 times to look for the entrance..

Though the staff will helpfully pick you up from the main street when you call and ask for their help.. But still, it could be a big no for some travelers

And when almost checked out, the hot water in my room doesn't work.. I don't know why.. Maybe it ran out..

But if you travel alone or only 2 people and use bicycle or taxi and you love challenges.. This is the nice place to stayss

room was clean u0026nice but the comforter was with spots u0026stains. hotel location was very hard to access at night since the gates were all locked u0026staff didn’t warn us u0026weren’t informative about it. i almost got killed in the bathroom because the floor was very slippery after shower, the tiles used weren’t suitable for bathrooms. no second visit from me.
