This “gudeg” or cooked young jackfruit and rice, egg, shredded chicken breast, and cow-skin in chili sauce, mixed in a plate with rice. Excellent. This place is owned by the offspring of the mother who open her outlet at Jalan Abimanyu VII, Semarang. Must try when in Semarang.

Gudeg semarang is more salty than gudeng jogjakarta. One of favourite in semarang style are using koyor for the compliment.

Different style from Yogya gudeg, but it's also good. Worth to try.
