Nice ambience. Unique room. Service from staffs were awesome. Helpful u0026 friendly.
Even more convenient as there's Djajanti cafe.
Possible improvement is on quality of the bed.

(+) open space lobby, the garden, integration to good cafe/restaurant in which your breakfast are cooked and served (Djajanti Kitchen and Coffee ), staff are friendly and responsive, option to stay at javanese retro-style room or modern room
(-) no grand entrance, which makes you question your choice when you arrive. But the doubt disappears once you see the lobby.

Hm, first of all i really want to give 5 star but i have to be honest 4 star is the best i could give. The location is on the hill (Semarang atas) and the place is beautiful and artistic, if you like nature you will love this place. The rate is not that expensive (around 250-380k per night). They have cafe connected with the guest house and its so beautiful.

BUT, oh my god i spent 2 night in here and i definitely CAN NOT sleep. Why? Because their neighbour has a lot of chicken, and it so LOUD from 11.30 pm until morning. I cant sleep at all :( . And the room is so not sound proof we could hear the guest in room next door talking.

And its not clean enough, i asked for them to clean my room in 2nd day, but they didnt even refill my drinking water, and the toilet is still have a lot of my hair. And the blanket have a lot of stain. So, will i come back? I don't know...

Very comfortable guest house in Semarang, with their facilities and good services, nice room and views too.

Why 2 star, this is for the bed quality. Bed so wobbly… after 30minutes laydown watching tv, our back in pain.
We request to move to other room, and all the bed almost the same type.
And we have to pay extra charge 50% due to the room we have slept in.
Unbelievable- we got pain and pay for the pain.

Bed is a spring bed with so poor quality, need to upgrade

When we check in the staff was amazing, unfortunately she is giving misinformation, regarding the room availability. Need to upgrade too

The ambiance , the cleaness, the food , the coffee is 5 star

Cozy place very much like in a country side, the people are polite, room is clean also bathroom/shower (hot water) is good, each room has a bench (2nd floor), room rate very competitive, so quite and very authentic with javanese style. If you want a serenity this the place.

Don't come here if you are a light sleeper or you won't sleep at all!

The place is adorable with a traditional homey old school vibe.

However the wall of the room is not sound proof at all. At 12 at night our neighbors came and perhaps just checked in and they talked really loudly and I could hear everything they were talking about. I had to go there and asked them to lower down their voice a bit but I could still hear them talking. I couldn't sleep at all.

At 3 ô clock in the morning I heard two roosters cocoing nonstop and I woke up again. And then around an hour later I could hear the muezin.

All in all it's a really badly made room. But it's on the balcony and has quite a nice view.

There is also a problem with the water heater in our room since it blown up and I can see the fire blowing from it when I tried to take hot shower.
In the end I took cold shower to save my life.

Their new rooms seemed promising and probably less noisy. The breakfast had to be taken in joglo and it's not bad.
