The food was not good enough but also not bad. Staff hospitality needs improvement and the room needs more maintenance and cleanliness. From my experience, the television is only an ornament I think. When I stay there, TV's remote control cannot work properly. So I asked the hotel staff to repair it twice: at the first night and the day after. But they weren't solve the problem until I checked out.

The good thing about this hotel: its strategic location.

The room was not okay, although the shower was very good. There are holes all over the ceiling on the 5th floor, and I spotted some fungus on the ceiling which is not good.
I found a cheaper and better hotel, so I moved out after 2 days

The skylounge is awesome! Hotel room was clean but a bit smaller and they have this buffet style breakfast, which was great. The bfast starts from 6-9am.

I can't recommend this hotel to stay unless you don't have other choice to stay in this area. Though the location was great (strategic), the cleaness was questionable. Sheet was torn, walls was molding, my air conditioner was leaked, bathroom wall has spots that actually can be cleaned up but they didn't. Room floor still dirty, we found used tissue under our beds. Breakfast was very so so. Some tasted bland. This hotel actually has potential but need to pay more attention for it cleaness. Idk why they can get CHSE certification.

Located in a very strategic area, in the main street of Khatib Sulaiman. Love the view from the restaurant in 9gh floor, can see both masjid raya side and the sea. The place is clean and neat, tho health protocol is not as strict (no one standby outside to check temperature, no one reminding careless guests who do not wear masks, etc). The only annoying things was during my 3-day stay, only 1 lift was properly working. So a lot of time wasted everytime you go up and down.
