Spend 2 days at ZHM Premiere (Grand Zuri) Padang and we had the best experience ever. Great stay!

- The room was amazing. The ambience and facilities were over the top.
- Service was absolutely perfect, The staff were very helpful, friendly, and professional.
- Rooms were really nice, the designs were great and the beds were so comfortable and good quality linens
- The breakfast food was great
- The pool area and hotel overall was really beautiful and clean.

It's really one stop entertainment for family with children, with a beautiful sky pools, tasty foods and beverages, and they even had a sky lounge restaurants and the view of the ocean is stunning

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We can’t wait to come back again. Thank You…

One of the best hotel in padang.
Food is great, many varieties and taste is good. Room is spacious and the bed is very comforrable.
Location is very strategic and facilities is complete, like gym, cafe and swimming pool.
Unfortunately the building layout is confusing.

It is been couple time stay at this hotel while in Padang, and they never fail to give me such pleasure.
They upgrade my room from superior to deluxe, room is clean and AC working well. Water is hot and Pressurized. Breakfast is delicious and plenty of option. Will certainly come back.

I came here to stay a few days, but ended up staying for 14 days. The staff is incredible, the food is above expectations, the gym has everything. The wifi in every room is good, because there is a router in every room unlike many other hotels. If I called reception to ask for something, it was at my door just a few minutes later. Every evening there was music at the sky lounge and it seemed like the staff took great responsibility in making sure the guests had a very good experience. Very professional. Im confident you will not find a better hotel in West Sumatra because I’ve already checked. I will 100% be back at this hotel again! Thank you so much to hotel premiere for making my stay in Padang memorable ⭐️♥️

Nice facility in town. Their gym is huge with sauna in it. Their skypool is the best on 12th floor also 1.2m. But, the best is how their breakfast menu already done in early morning

Going here to do iftar on Ramadhan. 5 star for the sky lounge views and services. The food and menu is various and delicious My thoughts is to place a prayer room on the sky lounge, so we can stay longer. After several month. went here to sleep and swim. Overall great experience.
