Untuk semuanya okee. Rasa, porsi, varian, dan tempatnya okee. Tapi masih butuh improve lagi. Karna refill nya terllu lama, jadi banyak bahan dan perlengkapan makan yang ga tersedia pas dateng kayak sayuran, mie, udon, saikoro, piring, mangkuk, gelas. OMG ????????u200d♀️
Oiya, kurang suka sama pelayanan kasir cewek yg nyambut pas awal dateng, kurang ramah dan kayak mengedepankan maunya dia, gaa mau dengerin apa keinginan costumer, kesannya arrogant, ga sopan, bahkan kayak egois. Kenapa? Karna kita berdua, disuruh di meja yg ditengah yg kursinya 2, padahal didalam ada beberapa tamu yg datang ber2 tapi duduk di meja isi 4. Tapi, setelah diskusi sama waiter cowok yg didalam knapa alasan kita minta pindah, akhirnya dia yg bantu negosiasi sama si kasir akhirnya kita bisa nyaman duduk. (FYI, saat datang ada beberapa meja isi 4 yg kosong)
Semoga kedepannya sogogi bisa lebih baik, improvementnya oke, kalo bisa karyawannya ditraining dlu biar gercep dan sistem refill nya lebih cekatan juga. Jadi kita yg makn ksini ga cuma ngabisin waktu yg berjalan karna nunggu. Semangat terus untuk lebih baik lagi... :)
