Great location and an amazing view. The service had parts that were great but unfortunately were outweighed by the parts that were not as my guests I was hosting we're treated very poorly and resulted in me refunding my remaining days after just one day going elsewhere. Hotel Santika Premiere know how to treat there guests and for $35 dollars US more it was well worth the switch

The hotel was good, the food was okay. And it's so close to the central mosque of West Sumatra. It's close to many tourist attractions and so nearby to the gift/souvenir store. A lot of small restaurants with good food

Nice small hotel with nice small room but clean. Room: only 2 towels, no hand towels and very limitted amnities. Hair drier with low heat; it takes forever to dry your hair. Free breakfast. Very standard menu for breakfast. The egg station is probably the best part of the food choices. Ok to stay for 2-3 nights, not more.

Nice hotel with warm and quick response staff, but the bathroom looks like not maintained enough, I changed room while staying there. Good breakfast with a view.
Overall nice stay!

Forgot two hats in hotel while leaving to sibrut. Because of no network I couldn't call them. Returned back after three days and asked for 5 times while staying for 45 more days....never imagined these kind of act from ibis. Disappointed. Skybar with 24x7 is good, breakfast is also good.

Had a great stay, nothing exceptional but clean lovely staff with reasonable food and excellent price. Location was not an issue since a driver was provided

The quality of room, amenity and bathroom was good, but internet speed was very bad and time needed for check out is terrible...after asked for check out in the desk, then they asked for waiting, surprise me it took about more than 5 minutes.
