To be honest, the history behind it is kind of vague, but for a photo spot, kind of

The only downside is the parking size, the gov still cant find solution for it. so people still using the road body to do it.

More than it, local punk sometimes use the opportunity to charge your parking fee, more than usual

It depends on the weather and the date (holiday, weekend, etc)
You also could find some food there, but it'll be better if you bring it from home or another place.

It's good place, nice view, and everything looks good. The monument is not disappointing but kinda good.

A Very good and affordable place for hang out with your friends or family. This is a nice place to get a brief refresh and relax after a long week. You can hang around with your friends or Family just to sit on chairs that are available here for free and order some foods or drinks they sell here. You can also bring your kids here since they also offer you some toys to buy or to rent. It located on the edge of the road, you can find it easily. The problems are the trashes that seems everywhere, the limit parking lot, and sometimes the traffic is just so crowded to access the site.
