Ordered a takeaway cakes (peanut butter and red velvet) turned out to be great!
Not too much frosting, tasty cake with toppings, clean packaging (with box).
Friendly staff that served really great.

My experience in this place is take-out for cakes and pastries only.

This is the first time that I dined in. and it is a terrible one particularly with the service and the ambience.

Service - Waiters are annoying for they always check and ask if you are done with the dish. In some instance, I lost my appetite! I am with a 6 year old boy and they took the plate that he is using.

Ambience- The place is hot, I do not know if they have A/C.

Food - Above avarrage for the chicken dish but for the pasta, it’s too oily and not for the good heart.

I rather stick with their cakes for take out… Im not going back to dine in this place again.

Ordered cake recently to eat at home. Took quite a while for them to finish up. Had the red velvet cheesecake for the first time. I enjoyed the cheesecake parts more compared to the red velvet as it seemed to lack something? Portion is large however. (I have also tried their ube flavor and some of their donuts before which was good.)

Love the place! Good food and nice vibes. Wonderful cake, although pricey. Most people come here to chill and eat cake. Fast service, staff was nice and friendly. It just opened recently, so expect the place to be fully booked and crowded.

Great place for meeting and talk, the food is good but I'd prefer Bistecca if looking for better food (Same group, but this one more casual).

A very nice family and hangout restaurant located in PIK Avenue shopping mall, Union is definitely one of the top spots to enjoy many type of Western dishes from starters, main courses, to desserts.

I tried their special, the pork chop, this time around, and it definitely didn’t disappoint. Good food with good company.

I always find their main course average. Despite that I still frequent here often for after work drinks given the chill vibe, excellent service and decent drinks - pair it with their fries. of course their reputable cakes are top notch.

They used to have cheese platter that was extremely value for money and a rarity in Jakarta - must order for cheese lovers if it ever comes back on the menu.

Tip: request for the bar seat if you don’t want to wait for a table.
