A rather small hospital, it costs cheaper than many other luxurious hospitals in Jakarta. Need to improve their staffs' hospitality also... (in my opinion). Because some of the staffs or nurses are not friendly. I don't mean that all of them are not friendly though. Many of them are friendly indeed. The pharmacy needs to be improved too. It often takes too long to provide the medicines prescribed by the doctor. It is stated that we will get money voucher if the medicines have not been ready in 15 minutes. But in fact, they often need more than 15 minutes to prepare the medicines. Probably because it is crowded.

It is quite a small hospital therefore it is cheaper compared to other hospital nearby such as mitra kemayoran hospital. It is easy to find, located in the sunter main road. It has got pharmacy, 24 hrs lab, emergency room, small bakery, and clinics on the ground floor. While operating room and delivery room is located on the first floor. They had quite range of specialist such as pediatric, internist, brain surgeon, as well as lungs specialist.

Good Hospital, have minimarket nearby, ATM inside, but sometimes hard traffic way around to go there.

One head of security with initial N not helpful and make some situation getting worst. He not act as a mediator.
He record something without permission when something happened. Is it a procedure?

Front office not polite with initial Y
I dont think wanna back again to that hospital

And fortunately my favorite doctor, good doctor not in there again

Quite impressed with the way they implement the health protocols during this pandemic.
Prior entering, a staff woyld check body temperature, put a stiker n spray both of our hands to make sure we clean them.
The front office n cashiers also wearing full equiment incl the hair cover.
Went to see a dentist, the place is clean, she n the nurse equipped too, and prior check up they make sure we wash hands with soap, gargle with betadine for a minute. We pay extra charge for their outer outfit for 35K.
Parking space is not large enough though.

Suster di sini emang ga berkualitas. Udah 2 kali kejadian dengan 2 suster yang berbeda pelayanannya sama2 ngeselin.

We were told by the nurse to queue for 2 patients and the nurse will call us, but while we wait there were 4 patients in and out the doctor's room. It turns out there are no waiting list. Everyone just get in whenever another patients get out.

The doctor here is good, but the service sucks. Oh btw the nurse name is Riris Marito S
