SANGAT TIDAK MEMUASKAN PELAYANANNYA CABANG MOI!!! SUDAH 2 X SAYA PULANG DENGAN SIA2. Case yg pertama sudah order via aplikasi jam 8 malam dan diterima via aplikasi. Namun sampai disana cs nya hanya balas dgn jutek bahwa mall tutup jam 8 malam. Kalau memang sudah tdk terima pasien kg mengapa tidak hubungi client pada hari itu juga bahwa mall di tutup dan sudah tdk terima lg.
Case yg kedua, saya sudah order jam 18:00 sore di aplikasi dan pararel telpon cs nya(an ocha) untuk janji jam 17:30 namun saya terlambat dtg 18:00. Saya langsung ditolak sesampai di tempat
Saya minta keringan setidaknya diterima karna via aplikasi juga saya sudha pesan jam 18:00. Namun tetap ditolak.
