Location is Perfect! It is by the mall, lobby 5 of MOI to be exact. So many food, restaurants, salons, laundry nearby. The room that we got has no windows, small, bathroom is very small, no vanity desk, sink in bathroom is very tiny, no space to put makeup stuffs and have to take wait if your spouse is using toilet or shower, for you to get ready since no mirror anywhere else.

The rooms were clean and kept. 4 stars only because the WiFi internet was slow and had to reconnect once every 2 hours.
No pool for the family to enjoy. The hotel is located next door and attached to Mall of Indonesia which provides good shopping, restoraunts and entertainment.

I'm staying here right now and feel bery dissatisfied as the first time i entered the room i already found a used tissue next to the door and that the bathroom's floor is dirty. Also the tv signal is horrendous and the ac is broken. Why did i pay for 970 per night for this super bad service?!! Will never come here again. Oh by the way, right now I'm staying in room 2080. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great hotel. It's side by side with MOI.
Worry free for food hunters. ????
You can enjoy walking around the area for a little morning sport.

i've been having meetings here for years, and the management is friendly and helpful. i haven't got the chance to stay there, but the buffet is great. i recommend everything in the buffet, except the pudding which tends to be bland. 10/10 will come back for future meetings!

Staying here for quarantine, i must say that i am very satisfied with my stay here. Room is super clean and comfortable, food’s super delicious and choices are offered based on your preferred taste, staff are warm and friendly. Overall, my stay here has been beyond my expectations. Keep it up! :)
