Went here with friends a couple days ago. The place was opened till 2 A.M. The place was cozy and clean. We had a great time singing here. The staff are friendly and you can order foods and drinks while chilling and singing. Recommended

This is my place to go for karaoke in PIK area. Eventhough the service was not as good as the other karaoke, but the system and songs quite updated. Please train your employee more. I always ended up debating with the cashier because of their way of speaking. I don't know why we need to tell what kind of promotion or we would like to use and can not change after we chose it. It happened to me the last time here because I don't know they have a Mandiri Card promo because they didn't tell me any kind of promotion (you need to look or find it by yourself) and in my case I just notice it right after we entered the room and I saw it on the screen and then my friend said he got one. Already told the waiter on my floor before close bill, but then the main cashier down there said I chose not using any promo (and yes I did chose not using any promos) and can not change afterall. It just doesn't make sense to me.

Came in on a weekday evening for a short karaoke. Song selections are comprehensive with straightforward karaoke system. Service was professional and condensed. Ensuring to contribute a fun karaoke experience whilst eliminating possible annoyances. Prices are fair given their well delivered product u0026 service. I wish we'd asked for non-smoking karaoke rooms and wi-fi facility availability.

Luxury atmosphere, speaker quality is very good, unlike other karaoke food taste is very good and they care about presentation too, and friendly service, reservation is recommended if you visit at Friday – Sunday.

It's one nice Karaoke place for you to hangout with your friends. good sound quality, many choices of new songs and nice room environment.

Nice place to hangout, great facilities, nice sound system, it will be better if they have employee calling system on the room since it's quite annoying if we need help we have to walk to front desk.
