This museum is CLOSED during this pandemic season, hovewer the web info displays it OPENS - such misleading info ???? I came here all the way from Jogja and felt really disappointed because it was closed. The museum admin should update the info on the internet.

The best place to learn about Indonesia port and maritime. Come and enjoy your visit in Museum Maritim Indonesia. There is an simulator that very interesting for children. This museum also has good performance and good service. You will never forget your experience there!

This museum is awesome, similar with museum in Jakarta Old City but very clean and well manage.

Museum divided into 2 wings, west and east. You can learn the history of Indonesia maritime and how VOC came, the Indonesia kingdom like Majapahit, Samudra Pasai and etc. You can also find ship command control (if i am not wrong) in here.

The complex was open end of 2017 and very easy to find. Dont forget to bring your own drink and snack.

New and modern maritime museum. Very interesting place, but need more direction guidance to get there.
