Like any state's hospitals in Indonesia, dirty and unfriendly services. Toilets are dirty and had no toilet papers on. Many people complained about its services. Positively the government needs to fix hospitals managements. Public hospitals in Indonesia have same issues need to be fixed. Maybe their officers are too tired of serving so many patients too. Feel emphatic for both the patients and the workers

The hospital that many North Jakarta people are indebted to in a way or another. It houses many doctors and staff who care about the poor and needing people who cannot afford the hospital bills of their illnesses. They are covered by the country's health system, but this hospital's staff and doctors also provided the appropriate service for those people, instead of turning them down like so many hospitals do. That being said, the hospital suffers from lacking facilities in many of its areas, despite it having a newly built treatment wing.

It's an OK hospital, needs a lot of improvements, but, it is progressing.
