Slow, confusing service: I had to stand around wondering who to talk to. Verbally gave me an exorbitant price to replace a screen (almost as much as a brand new laptop, and my laptop is almost 2 years old) and said it'll take 1 month and my files may be lost. I'll complain to Apple about this.

Poor customer service. Salespersons here have a very unwelcoming attitude. They are not interested to help you and just hand over to one another. They are just busy chatting with each other or playing with their phones. Don’t go this store. Go to iBox Mall of Indonesia, they are helpful and answer to your questions and queries. I would have given negative stars if possible.

I came without an appointment. because the online service is still very bad and needs to be developed.

after checking for preferred features and colors, the waiters could not give the option to book at another store.

something that a big brand distributor in Indonesia should be able to do.

Very slow service. Doesnt want to open another cashier, eventhough it was busy. Decided to leave the store. BAD SERVICE!!!
