Was there this week for a conference. Honestly has no expectations. But what a great hotel and excellent service! They really went for it! Conveniently located next to a mall so eating is easy if you don't feel like the hotel food or travelling too far. Location is a little out of the way but all in all a great stay.

Perfect.

That's one word to describe this hotel. The room was comfy and well prepared. Well decorated as well. The foods was tasty. The location is at it's best because it's located in a big shopping mall where you can find many interesting items.

Don't hesitate to book and stay here because it's just........ perfect.

Harris Hotel Kelapa Gading is always the first choice when on vacation in the city with a couple. The place is strategic and good with excellent service too because it is close to a shopping center or mall. After being satisfied with shopping and enjoying various entertainment facilities in the mall, we just need to take the elevator to our room and can rest

Quite an impressive hotel with Dynalite lighting system. Located in Kelapa Gading Mall, parking space is available right next door if you encounter difficulties in finding a decent parking spot inside the Mall.

The room is cozy, the air conditioner is functional, and the food is excellent. On top of that, it is located and connected to Mall Kelapa Gading, where there is plenty of food and beverages, clothing, perfumes, electronics, supermarkets, and a cinema.

As a hotel, it's a fine convention centre. Useful if you must go to an average quality shopping centre, which is next door. No other reason to go there really

Magnificent view of the city... The property is next to a mall offering conviniet access to almost any services. The staff are very helpful and always cheerful
