If u called urself as a pork lover then u need to try eating at Hoghock. Their menu is fusion of pork that u never think about. Located in one 'soho' building (2 floors place to eat, 2nd floor dedicated for smoking area and booked place for event/party) with simple decoration, it has 8 places for 4 peoples to sit and 4 places for 2 peoples to sit. Their menu is also quite simple with just 4 main menus with potato one and 4 main menus with rice bowl one and 4 appetizers but all are porks. Their specialties are sweet pork satay (really delicious with giant size), slow cooked BBQ ribs (tender and juicy). That 2 dishes are recommended to try. Today, we order giant sweet satay for IDR 105.000 / 10 pieces, slow cooked BBQ ribs for IDR 68.000, Korean style of pork (sweet one but little bit small portion) for IDR 45.000, pork belly rice bowl with matah chilli, pork curry rice bowl (curry made from milk and not coconut, taste is nice), bacon cheese pork (6 small bites of bacon with melted cheese, u need to eat it when it is still hot). The price is quite reasonable with good taste with range IDR 35.000 - 68.000). Their original chilli is green chilli one, not spicy. Their recommended drink is lemon mint mojito for IDR 35.000. There is also membership and u can get points whenever u eat there.
